When IndiQube rang the opening bell at the National Stock Exchange on July 30, 2025, it marked a milestone in the company’s decade-long journey of transforming India’s workspace ecosystem. For our co-founder Meghna Agarwal, the moment represented both validation and renewed commitment to delivering value to stakeholders quarter after quarter.

The company’s first quarterly results as a publicly listed entity demonstrated strong momentum, with revenue reaching Rs 313 crore for Q1 FY26, reflecting 27% year-on-year growth. Nearly 98% of this revenue came from recurring sources, underscoring the stability of IndiQube’s business model. The company also achieved significant margin expansion, with EBITDA margin improving from 13% to 21% and PAT margin rising from 2% to 6%.

What sets IndiQube apart in a competitive market is its integrated approach to workspace solutions. Unlike traditional co-working operators, the IndiQube leadership team has positioned the company as a comprehensive workspace solutions provider spanning tech parks, independent buildings, renovated assets, and campuses. This diversified model enables IndiQube to serve clients ranging from startups to global multinationals across multiple micro-markets.

“We’re the infrastructure partner for India’s next decade of business growth. Whether or not everyone finds gold, the people providing the picks, shovels, and logistics win.”

Technology plays a central role in IndiQube’s value proposition. The company’s MiQube app, with over 83,000 downloads, integrates essential services including food ordering, transport pooling, seat management, and subsidy utilization. This focus on the software layer alongside physical infrastructure enhances the employee experience and provides clients with data-driven insights to optimize their workspace investments.

IndiQube has also made substantial commitments to sustainability. The company commissioned a 20 MW solar farm in Karnataka as part of its IndiQube Solar initiative, generating over 9.8 lakh units of green power monthly and reducing power costs by Rs 68 lakh per month. With 29 green-certified centres and 30% of its portfolio consisting of renovated buildings, IndiQube is addressing both financial efficiency and environmental responsibility.

Looking ahead, IndiQube has earmarked Rs 462 crore from its IPO proceeds for capacity expansion and has provided guidance for 30% top-line growth. The IndiQube founders remain focused on long-term value creation in what Meghna describes as an evolving industry where fundamentals remain strong and flexible, technology-driven workspace solutions continue to gain traction.
